Your new role
Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Accountant to join the Business Services team.Working closely with Managers and Partners, you will manage a diverse client portfolio and be involved in:

• Preparation of financial statements and tax returns for a broad range of entities
• Managing client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor
• Providing tax and business advisory services
• Assisting clients with cash flow, budgeting and business planning
• Reviewing work completed by junior team members
• Mentoring and developing graduate and intermediate accountants
• Identifying opportunities to add value and improve client outcomes

This role offers excellent exposure to advisory work and the opportunity to further develop your technical and client management skills.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will possess:

• CA or CPA qualification, or be close to completion
• 4+ years' experience within an Australian public practice accounting firm
• Strong technical knowledge across business services and taxation
• Experience managing client relationships
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
