Job Description

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements across multiple entities
• Manage general ledger activities, reconciliations, and period-end close processes
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis in collaboration with the FP&A team
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data across different structures and jurisdictions
• Coordinate with external auditors and support audit processes end-to-end
• Assist with regulatory and compliance reporting requirements where applicable
• Maintain and enhance internal controls, policies, and financial processes
• Support cash management, payments, and basic treasury-related activities
• Partner with internal stakeholders to support financial analysis and reporting needs
• Assist with process improvements and finance transformation initiatives
• Support ad hoc analysis and strategic finance projects

The Successful Applicant

• 3-4 years' experience at Senior Accountant level OR 5-7 years at Finance Associate level
• Big4 audit background and/or relevant accounting/finance experience is essential within financial services (asset management, private equity, family office, investment banking, etc.)
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting standards
• Experience working across multiple entities or complex structures is advantageous
• Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Professional qualification (ACCA, ACA, CPA) is preferred or in progress
