Description

CGL IM Financial Management Limited ("CGLIM") a Hong Kong-based investment management firm licensed by the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong to conduct Type 4 (Advising on Securities) and Type 9 (Asset Management) regulated activities, specializes in private equity and infrastructure investments. CGLIM operates over 1.5 million square meters of logistics warehouse space across key global markets . Responsibilities

1. Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process.
2. Prepare general ledger accounts, reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and relevant account schedules.
3. Maintain tax schedules of the asset companies, prepare and timely filing of VAT, CIT, Property tax.
4. Provide support to management on financial data analysis and financial performances review.
5. Provide support on annual audit for the asset companies.
6. Any other ad hoc financial reporting as required by Management.

Qualifications

1. Minimum 3 years hands-on experiences in corporate accounting;
2. CPA/CA is highly preferred;
3. Self-motivated, attentive to details with multi-tasking skills;
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
5. Business proficiency of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
