- Bookkeeper/Operations Assistant
Description
This role is responsible for providing the accounting and financial operations support required for the day-to-day
operations of Viator House of Hospitality, ensuring efficient and effective management of resources and processes to support its
mission. The role also includes assisting the executive director in some personnel operations.
$35.00 per hour – flexible based on experience and qualifications.

Requirements
Experience with QuickBooks online for small businesses or non-for-profits.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in completing financial and operational tasks, working independently.
Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
Excellent organizational and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing projects and leading items to closure.
