Your new role
Reporting to the Financial Controller and working closely with external accountants, you will take ownership of core financial processes across several entities, including one of the group's newer entities.This is a broad, hands-on accounting role suited to someone who enjoys variety and responsibility within a growing business.
Key responsibilities will include:

Managing month-end reporting across multiple entities

Preparing and maintaining bank and credit card reconciliations

Supporting accounts payable payment runs

Assisting with compliance requirements and statutory obligations

Working closely with the external accountant on reporting and lodgements

Contributing to process improvements and financial accuracy

Supporting the setup and ongoing management of reporting for new entities within the group

What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience in a hands-on accounting role within a multi-entity environment

Strong understanding of month-end processes and reconciliations

Experience working with external accountants and compliance requirements

High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities

Trust accounting experience will be highly regarded

A proactive, team-oriented approach with strong communication skills
