Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Tax Manager to lead our tax planning, compliance, and review functions in our Cincinnati office. This role is critical in ensuring our clients remain compliant with all federal, state and local tax regulations. The ideal candidate will have deep technical tax knowledge and proven leadership experience.
We are willing to work towards a hybrid work schedule if necessary for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Tax Compliance and Strategy
- Manage and review corporate, partnership, trust, exempt and individual tax filings (federal, state and local)
- Lead tax planning and strategy efforts to minimize tax liability and optimize savings for clients
- Monitor changes in tax laws and assess the impact on clients
Leadership and Collaboration
- Lead and mentor a small team of accountants and tax professionals

Requirements
Qualifications
- CPA certification required
- Minimum 8 years of experience in tax and accounting
- Strong knowledge of tax laws
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
