You will be reporting to an office in Fishers, IN.
Base pay is $29.00/hour plus monthly incentives based on performance.
You will report to the Senior Manager, Branch Sales.

Primary Accountabilities
You will convert leads into qualified customer engagements.
You will manage a prospecting pipeline and develop a sales tracking system to maintain accurate prospect/customer information.
You will meet sales and sales quality goals.
You will sell available insurance products to new customers or services existing customers.
You will estimate and quote policy premiums complying with underwriting guidelines.
You will provide solid customer experiences.
You will grow community contacts to enhance company visibility and maximize new business opportunities.
You will work closely with customers helping them prioritize their needs.
Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements:
Ability to provide accurate quotes to clients while multitasking on multiple computer systems/screens.
Ability to clearly explain insurance concepts and coverages to clients.
Pursue professional development and growth opportunities, enrolling in continuing education and professional designation programs.
Successful track record of success in sales.
Licenses:
Valid driver's license required plus an acceptable driving record.
Required by state statutes to have proper insurance licensing to sell, solicit, or negotiate insurance products.
Property and Casualty, Life and Health (personal lines authority does not qualify).
Successfully obtain and maintain property and casualty, life, and health producer licenses for sales and service state(s).
Required to pass the state licensing exam for property and casualty, life, and health producer licenses within 60 days of hire date.
In this hybrid role you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month out of our office.
