Senior Insurance Regulatory Associate
Davis Malm seeks an associate to work in their sophisticated insurance regulatory group. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience working with insurers, insurance regulators, insurance agencies, and/or corporate clients facing insurance-related issues. Alternatively, candidates with strong backgrounds in administrative law and/or commercial litigation would be good fits for this role.
Our insurance regulatory practice is a national practice, assisting insurance regulators, insurers and agencies in matters involving insurer formation, change of control, redomestication, supervision/examination, delinquency proceedings, coverage analysis/litigation, and financial analysis.
We are looking for a self-starter with strong research, analytical, communication, writing, and interpersonal skills. Senior associates benefit from support and mentorship from our experienced colleagues and participate actively in assisting junior associates and navigating the firm into the future.
Applicants must be available to work on-site in our Boston office consistent with our current flex work schedule.

Salary range: $130K - $175K, plus bonus program.
