Henderson Franklin is seeking an experienced insurance defense litigation attorney to join our team.  The ideal candidate will have three or more years litigation experience with exceptional writing and analytical skills. Familiarity with §1983 cases and appellate work, with experience in Federal court is preferred. The position involves drafting and reviewing pleadings, evaluating cases, responding to discovery, preparing and arguing motions, attending hearings, depositions, mediations, meetings with clients, as well as negotiating settlements. Candidates must be a licensed member of the Florida Bar in good standing. The ideal candidate will also have a strong work ethic, be highly organized and communicate well.
