Business Analyst - Life Insurance Policy Administration (2-Year Contract)

Top-Tier Insurer | System Revamp Project | Strategic BA Role

Our client, a top-tier insurance provider, is embarking on a major transformation of its policy administration systems and seeks an experienced Business Analyst to support this high-impact initiative. This role is suited for professionals with deep life insurance knowledge and proven experience in policy administration. It begins as a 2-year contract with the potential for extension or conversion to a permanent role.

As a Business Analyst , your will be responsible for the following:-

• • Conduct business process analysis to identify and implement operational improvements in policy administration
  • Elicit, document, and validate user requirements in alignment with project objectives
  • Collaborate with IT teams, testers, and business users through UAT and implementation phases
  • Review and refine system design documentation; support training and rollout activities
  • Manage issues, risks, and ensure smooth coordination across stakeholders

To be considered for the role of Business Analyst , you possess the following:-

• • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
  • At least 4 years' experience as a Business Analyst
  • Strong domain expertise in Life Insurance
  • Solid understanding of Policy Administration systems and workflows
  • Experience in system revamp or large-scale transformation projects
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken)
  • Immediate availability preferred
