Seeking an experienced Management Accountant who is eager to commence in their next career opportunity! Management AccountantA growing organisation is seeking a practical Management Accountant to strengthen financial reporting, forecasting and controls. This role will support senior leaders by turning transactional data into reliable management information and helping the implementation of automated solutions.
Primary Responsibilities

• Produce accurate monthly management accounts and cash-flow updates.
• Maintain and refine budgeting, forecasting and scenario models.
• Manage journal entries, accruals and reconciliations.
• Track spending patterns and working capital, delivering clear recommendations.
• Support revenue reconciliation and collaborate with operations to ensure data integrity.
• Build and improve dashboards and management reports.
• Help maintain robust financial controls and assist with audits.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor in accounting, finance or similar, or CA/CPA qualification.
• Five years' finance experience, ideally with management accounting exposure.
• Experience with ERP and mid-market accounting systems.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate finance to non-financial stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Australian tax and payroll obligations preferred.
