Your new company

One of Asia's oldest and largest fund platforms, currently managing USD$20bn across funds and expanding speedily. In Singapore, they hold a CMS Licence, and are licenced across APAC and further afield. The company handles fund establishment, tax, compliance, middle and back office, plus much more beyond. Structures vary from hedge funds, to private equity, real estate, and fund of funds. Given growing demand, they are looking to hire aggressively, particularly those with experience in the alternatives sector.

Your new role

A new role reporting to the CFO and collaborating with counterparties across APAC and MENA in accounting and reporting. You will also be assisting across departments on finance-related projects.

• Month end closing
• Preparation of accounting schedules/balances at month end
• Assisting with internal and external audits
• Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet
• Collaborating with investment teams, e.g. on cost accruals
• Supporting forecasting and budgeting with management
• Regulatory forms and compliance e.g. MAS 1-3
• Group cost consolidation and reporting between entities
• Reporting dashboards using Power BI
• Involvement in automation projects

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 4-5 years of relevant working experience
• Independent worker
• Experience in MYOB/SUN accounting system helpful
• Experience in asset management industry helpful
• Knowledge of Power BI and Sharepoint automation helpful
